If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@royalnexa.shop and include your full name and order number.
We will do our best to cancel your order before it enters processing or is dispatched. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.
If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, we aim to issue any refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
If your order has already been dispatched, UK consumers normally still have the legal right to cancel many online purchases by notifying us within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.
